To go with their initiatives around garbage disposal, Metro, a Portland regional government agency, had Outside the Frame produce a film reminding us houseless people aren't trash.

"The greatest commandment Jesus gave us was to love God and love our neighbors, and so we started to ask, are we actually loving our neighbors?" Portland Central Nazarene Church puts their money where their faith is and has a self governing tiny house village for the homeless built on church grounds. Produced in collabo­ration with the Stories Under the Bridges project.
